You may not share, assign, or otherwise transfer your account access information with or to any other person or entity. You may not give unauthorized persons access to information that you gain by means of the Platform. Cogwheel Analytics is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Cogwheel Analytics reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Abuses

You may use the Platform only in furtherance of the purposes for which you are given access to it. You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in any manner which could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.

Intellectual property

All content included as part of the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Platform, is the property of Cogwheel Analytics or its partners and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You may not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works, or exploit for personal purposes or gain any of the content found on the Platform. Cogwheel Analytics content is not for resale. Cogwheel Analytics does not grant any licenses, express or implied, to its intellectual property of that of our licensors except as expressly authorized by contract.

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP by other authorized users, please inform your supervisor.
